2020 MARCHING REDHAWK FORMS, FEES AND ONLINE PAYMENTS

Marching Band Fees and Forms are listed below by date due. Some vary by section.
You can pay fees and complete forms by the various due dates below ~or~ send in all forms and make all payments for the season by 6/30/2020. Almost all fees can be paid online (exceptions noted). You may visit each link to enter payments in your cart as needed and then checkout when you are finished (please review the shopping cart carefully).
**If you have multiple students please don’t combine payments for them. We need separate payments for each student for accounting purposes. Thank you for your understanding**
A 2.8% credit card transaction fee is automatically added to the cart at checkout to cover the costs charged by our payment processor.
You may also print forms and mail payment checks with the appropriate form (see note below).

- Form: 2020 Medical Information and Release (print, sign and send to Band Office, for all sections)
